Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on select products purchased from our website or through our Retail Sales Team within 15 days of purchase for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Products must be new, unmounted, and in original packaging
Items that have been mounted, installed, altered, or worn are not eligible for return or exchange
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Customers outside the 48 contiguous states will be charged quoted shipping rates for replacement products

Return & Exchange Process
Online & Direct Purchases
To initiate a return, email us at sparcoseats.co with the following details:
Full name
Order number or PO
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Alternatively, call our Customer Service Team at +1 505 555 4087 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Please note:
Returns sent without proper authorization will be disposed of
Wheels or seats that are mounted, damaged, or improperly packaged will not be refunded or credited
Replacement orders for exchanges must be placed at the time the RMA is issued
Replacement products will ship only after returned items are received and inspected
Refunds will be processed after inspection
Products must be received within 15 days of the RMA issue date
Dealer / Distributor Purchases
Returns or exchanges must be processed through the authorized dealer or distributor from which the product was purchased.
Garage Sale & Final Sale
